Close to Dunnet Head and two mile long sandy beach, Castle of Mey, John O'Groats, Duncansby Head and Stacks and Orkney ferries. Situated three miles from Castletown, eight miles from Thurso.
Caithness is an unspoilt area of Scotland perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers, fishermen and anyone who likes peace and quiet and wildlife.
The Cabin is close to some wonderful coastline, Dunnet Head the most northerly point of the UK mainland, Dunnet beach a two mile stretch of golden sand, Castle of Mey the former summer home of the Queen Mother, the Flow Country and many other places of interest.
The ferries to Orkney are all close by for that special day out.
Good links golf courses are nearby.
The immediate area around the Cabin is farmland and is very peaceful.
